All of ZeenoCorp’s exhaust stack construction features an ultra-thick tubular bottom section with a sub-arc-welded vertical seam. The bottom section includes a drain and an access door to facilitate cleanout. The rectangular inlet is flanged and includes a vibration-dampening connection between the stack and fan or connecting duct work.

While the flanges for the stack’s upper body are typically made of the same gauge steel as the stack’s bottom section, the upper body itself is typically made of a thinner steel. Upper-body options include optional helicoid flighting on the exterior to reduce wind shear and the attachment of a small conical reducer at the egress point to increase exhaust velocity. In addition, the stack’s upper body can be equipped with EPA-approved test ports.
